Susie Brans joined the Aurignac & Associates team in July of 2006, being one of the first additions to the expanding the company to what we are today. She is able to bring a great dynamic to the company and is always taking on a new aspect of the real estate field; whether itÿs learning the process of short sales, property management, leasing or any another aspect. Susie is active in both the residential market as well as the commercial real estate market. She spends much of her time concentrating on the Cal Poly housing area, working with parents and investors to both purchase and sell their homes.
Susie Brans is a graduate of Communication Studies from Cal Poly here in San Luis Obispo. After growing up in the Bay Area, she decided to make the Central Coast her new home. She has a long history of real estate in here family, as her father is a Real Estate Attorney and many other members are in sales as well.
During her senior year in college, Susie began an internship at Cornerstone Real Estate where she was in charge of most of the daily duties in the office, from handling all escrow files to advertising. She was then hired on with the company at the end of the year while finishing out her final quarters at Cal Poly. Soon after she obtained her Realtors license and thus began her Real Estate career.
Susie is also very active on the San Luis Obispo Association of Realtors board. Last year she co-led the fundraising committee to raise over $40,000 in one event alone along with several other smaller events to add to that astonishing total. She is now heading the Young Professionals Committee for the Association of Realtors and is dedicated to growing her career in all aspects.
In her spare time Susie is known the play a round of golf on one of the local courses or you are sure to find her walking around downtown San Luis Obispo enjoying a few hours of nature. |
